Who we are
Giftune (the "Service") is operated by Ivan Kukarkin, an individual based in Vietnam. Contact: kukarkin1993@gmail.com.
What we sell
Giftune creates personalized songs. You provide information about a person and a story; our AI songwriter drafts lyrics, which you may edit; after payment, an AI music model produces two versions of the song, which we deliver to your email and order page. The price is stated in US dollars before payment.
AI-generated content
Lyrics and music are generated with artificial intelligence. Results are unique but may contain imperfections (for example, mispronounced names). You approve the lyrics before production. We do not guarantee any specific musical outcome beyond delivering two generated versions based on your approved lyrics and selected style.
Your content
You are responsible for the information and lyrics you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringes third-party rights (including copyrighted lyrics), or contains personal data of others without permission. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these rules; the music model may also refuse certain content.
License
Songs are provided for personal, non-commercial use: you may keep, gift, play and share them, including on social media. You may not resell the songs, register them with content ID or royalty systems, or use them in commercial advertising.
Payment
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Payoneer). We do not store your card details. Production starts once your payment is confirmed.
Delivery and your account
Songs are usually delivered within minutes after payment confirmation. Your songs are stored in "My songs", where you can sign in with your email (a one-time code) or Google and listen to or download them at any time. We keep your songs for as long as the Service operates; if we ever plan to discontinue it, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance so you can download them.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Because each song is produced individually on demand, completed songs are non-refundable.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
